The AFHK Single Parents Group is hosting an evening Zoom discussion for ALL AFHK members and non-members around the citizenship process for children adopted by US citizens. The US citizenship process seems to be the most complicated process of all. Some of us have a lot of questions. The AFHK Single Parents Group has invited Tiffany Kwan* to share the research she has done and for others to share their experience with getting US citizenship for their child.
Please submit questions you have by 20 January 2022 to outreach@afhk.org.hk so that Tiffany can prepare to answer your questions more effectively.
Grab a drink, snack, dinner and join us for our ONLINE discussion on 27 January 2022 at 7:30pm.
*Tiffany Kwan is neither an employee of US Citizenship and Immigration Services or the US Consulate nor a representative of the US government. She will be sharing her research and experiences.
This is an online event. Zoom details will be shared closer to the event date.
Registration fee: MEMBERS: $50 per family NON-MEMBERS: $150 per family (if you decide to join AFHK as a Member after this event, we will offset $100 towards your membership fee) Please consider donating more to help us continue our mission to support the adoption and fostering community in Hong Kong. Due to our inability to run our usual event programs we are currently unable to reach our annual fundraising goals. You can also donate here.
