However, this myth has been repeatedly debunked with research showing that socio-emotional resilience, self-esteem, and optimism are some of the best predictors for future success.

This seminar will discuss influential theories that can help mould kids to be successful now and in the future. This talk will take the audience on a journey through theories and strategies based on positive psychology and neuroscience, focusing on developing 'grit' and a growth mindset . We'll focus on practical strategies and activities that parents and professionals can teach children and adolescents immediately and in the future.
